I’ve practised as an Optometrist for over 20 years, but I also qualified from CTCW (Complementary Therapies College of Wales) under the IIHHT (International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies) back in 2001 after noticing that a considerable number of the patients I worked with in various settings suffered from a lot of stress, tension and insomnia and reflexology could offer a simple solution in many cases.
Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment which helps the body to maintain a state of balance, relax, relieve tension and stress, improve symptoms of insomnia, increase lymph and blood flow and promote a sense of well-being.
£35 initial consultation and treatment (60 mins) and thereafter (45mins)
Package of 6 sessions incl. consultation £180!
Six to eight treatments, at weekly intervals, are usually recommended initially followed by monthly treatments for most clients although even a single treatment can be beneficial.
I am a member of the AoR (Association of Reflexologists) and am fully insured.
